About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our sales team's efforts.
In this role, you'll identify ideal buyers through research, email, and phone calls, generate interest, secure meetings/calls, and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will take initiative to understand the needs, priorities, and goals of target prospects through thorough research and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
You'll manage inbound and outbound communications, line up meetings for sales executives, and document results effectively.
Requirements:
You will:
Conduct market research on prospects/targets to procure meetings.
Engage in outbound messaging via email, LinkedIn, and other marketing automation solutions.
Make outbound phone calls to secure meetings with prospects/targets.
Prepare documentation for meetings.
Maintain and utilize CRM solution effectively.
Collaborate across sales, marketing, and operational teams to support sales efforts.
You have:
A Bachelor's degree.
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Drive and persistence in calling prospects and setting appointments.
Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
A positive attitude and polite demeanor.
Willingness to learn and use sales and marketing software.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.
Self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Interest or education in health and wellness is a strong plus.
Recent college grads are welcome.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Must work in Eastern Standard Hours.
Must become a licensed broker within the first 90 days.

Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000 base with potential of OTE between $95,000-105,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
