COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH) Base Salary:
$300's with 2-year Guarantee plus bonus Sign on bonus:
Up to $15K CME:
Up to $5K with allotted days off Relocation:
$5K Pension and 403b:
Employer will contribute 12% of your annual salary vested 3 years Paid Time Off 42 days off = 3 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year one, 4 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year two.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH) Schedule:
M-F 8a-5p Call:
5-7 weeks per year divided equally among all facility.
Some Saturdays 8a-12p QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH) Fellowship trained in Neuro-Ophthalmology Able to do Surgical Neuro.
BC/BE (within 1 year of hire) We are not able to process Visas.
