Join the SBS faculty for the 2024-2025 school year!The Stony Brook School is looking for talented, mission-aligned faculty who are interested in working in a boarding school environment! This particular position will bolster our award-winning math department.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach courses in Algebra II or Geometry, but interested candidates can also explore teaching any of our offerings which range from Pre-Algebra I to College-Level Linear Algebra, College-Level Multivariable Calculus, and Advanced Topics in Mathematics.
Established in 1922, The Stony Brook School is a co-ed, Christian, college preparatory (grades 7-12) boarding and day school situated on a beautiful 55-acre campus on the north shore of Long Island in New York.

Pay Scale:
$33,000 to $106,000 including excellent health insurance (with no premiums) provided for all full-time faculty, excellent retirement benefits.
Posted compensation may include housing and utilities benefits for residential faculty.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
